Michelle Li
Armed with more than 9 Internationally recognized certifications, including personal training, kickboxing, aqua fitness, pre & post natal training, pilates, elderly fitness, aerobic dance, nutrition and weight management and sports massage Michelle is actively pursuing her dreams and passion in the fitness field.
Returning to hong kong 4 years ago from san Francisco, her training is specifically designed to create effective and efficient workouts that cater to a clients individual needs and time constraints. Michelle loves to work with people at all fitness levels, of all ages, including those with medical concerns, who want to make a positive lifestyle change. It is this passion that sets her apart from the competition.
Michelle’s philosophy includes addressing all five components of fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory function, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition and flexibility. Proper nutrition also has a very important role in overall health and fitness, so Michelle creates a program that fits each individual’s goals and needs, while keeping it enjoyable so that the change to a healthier lifestyle is a lifetime change.
As a dedicated personal trainer her ambition is to always challenge people in new ways to reach their fitness goals. Michelle’s personal training experience and education coupled with a business/education degree and experience enables her to provide committed professional instructional guidance.
