Men's Class

  • A 50 min workout designed by Orlando To, Founder of Rhythmfit.
  • This 8 session workout program is specially designed for men from beginners to intermediate levels.
  • Slightly different from Intergrated fitness class, it focuses attention on muscle buidling and conditoning while retaining the importance of all the health and fitness elements: CardiovasularFlexibility and Body Co-ordination.

This program is Orlando's special fitness formula that utilizes

  1. Calisthenics (Muscle Conditioning) - Working with body weight and exercise equipment such as bands, weighted sand bags, exercise boards.
  2. Cardio Training (Heart Conditioning) - Kickboxing, military drills and simple aerobic/calisthenic combo movement to music.
  3. Flexibility - Power stretches and basic yoga moves.
