Men's Class
- A 50 min workout designed by Orlando To, Founder of Rhythmfit.
- This 8 session workout program is specially designed for men from beginners to intermediate levels.
- Slightly different from Intergrated fitness class, it focuses attention on muscle buidling and conditoning while retaining the importance of all the health and fitness elements: Cardiovasular, Flexibility and Body Co-ordination.
This program is Orlando's special fitness formula that utilizes
- Calisthenics (Muscle Conditioning) - Working with body weight and exercise equipment such as bands, weighted sand bags, exercise boards.
- Cardio Training (Heart Conditioning) - Kickboxing, military drills and simple aerobic/calisthenic combo movement to music.
- Flexibility - Power stretches and basic yoga moves.
